Terms and Conditions

Terms of Payment:

All advertisers are charged for their ad on the first of the month. Payments by check are due upon receipt of the invoice.

Reader ads are charged upon submission. Once the publication is printed and mailed, no refunds are given.

Liability:

The Dental Shopper is not responsible for ad errors. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to proof the ad for correctness by the due date (15th of the month). Ads that are designed by The Dental Shopper are done at no charge as a benefit to the advertiser. Advertiser agrees not to submit these ads to other publications for print.

Deadlines:

1. Display Ads: Camera ready ads are due on the 15th of the month, for the following month’s issue. If you need ad design, please submit content a week earlier.
2. Inserts are due the 15th of the month preceding publication. (subject to change for convention editions & holidays).
